Payment Methods and Common Payment Questions #
Supported payment methods #
The FastIMM shop currently supports Bitcoin (BTC) online payment. We use a secure crypto payment gateway so every transaction is safe, fast, and traceable.
Why Bitcoin? Crypto payments are naturally cross-border friendly, private, and censorship-resistant — which lines up directly with the core needs of FastIMM clients. You don’t have to use a traditional bank wire, you’re not bound by geography, and the transaction is secured and made transparent by the blockchain.
Payment style: full payment vs. deposit + balance #
When ordering, you can choose between two payment styles:
Option 1: Pay in full #
Pay the full citizenship package amount in one go. Best for clients who want to settle everything immediately and start the process as quickly as possible.
Option 2: Deposit (10%) + balance #
Pay 10% of the package price as a deposit to formally lock in your application slot. The balance must be paid by the deadline shown in the system (typically about 2 weeks after ordering — see the checkout page for the exact date).
Payment process #
Step 1: Pick a package and add to cart #
On the shop page, choose a product, configure your biometric capture location and passport delivery method, pick “Pay in Full” or “Pay Deposit,” then click “Add to Cart.”
Step 2: Fill in checkout details #
On the checkout page, fill in your contact email, shipping address, and other basics. Make sure the order summary amount is correct.
Step 3: Choose crypto payment and pay #
Choose “Online Crypto Pay” as the payment option. The system generates a Bitcoin payment page with the BTC receiving address and a QR code. Use any Bitcoin wallet to scan the code or copy the address and send the transfer.
Step 4: Wait for blockchain confirmation #
Don’t close the page after sending payment — wait for the blockchain to confirm the transaction. Once confirmed, the system updates your order status automatically. This usually takes a few minutes to half an hour (depending on Bitcoin network congestion).
Biometric capture location & passport delivery #
When ordering, you’ll need to choose two important options:
Biometric capture location (for fingerprints, facial recognition, etc.):
- The issuing country’s immigration office
- The issuing country’s embassy in your home country — supported by some programs
Passport delivery method:
- Pick up at the issuing country’s immigration office
- Pick up at the issuing country’s embassy in your home country — supported by some programs
- Couriered from the immigration office to the applicant

Common payment questions #
Q: I don’t know how to pay with Bitcoin — what do I do? #
If you don’t have a Bitcoin wallet yet, you can buy BTC on a major exchange (Binance, OKX, etc.) and transfer directly from the exchange to the address shown on the payment page. If you need help, reach out via the support ticket system.
Q: My payment hasn’t confirmed for a long time — what now? #
Bitcoin transactions usually confirm within 10–30 minutes. If it’s been over an hour with no confirmation, the transaction may be queued because of low network fees. Open a ticket and provide the transaction hash (TXID), and we’ll help resolve it.
Q: I chose the deposit option — how do I pay the balance? #
Once the deposit is paid, the system creates a balance order in your account with a due date. Pay the balance using the same Bitcoin payment process by the deadline. Make sure to settle on time so it doesn’t delay your application.
Q: Can I pay with another cryptocurrency? #
Currently only Bitcoin (BTC) online payments are supported. For special payment requests, contact us via the support ticket system.
