How to Log In, Reset Your Password, and Update Account Information #
How to log in #
Option 1: Through the login page #
Go to fastimm.com/login, enter your username (or email) and password, then click Log In. If you check “Remember me,” you won’t need to enter your password again next time.
Option 2: Via the top-right of the site #
Every page on the FastIMM site has a login link at the top right. Click it and enter your credentials.
Forgot your password? #
Step 2
Enter your registered email #
On the reset page, enter the email you registered with. The system will send a reset link to that address.
Step 3
Set a new password #
Open your email, click the reset link, and set a new password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
How to update your account information #
Once logged in, head to the account settings page, where you can change your password, update your email, and edit other account details.
Security reminder: Don’t reuse your FastIMM password on other sites. We recommend rotating your password regularly. If you spot any unusual login activity on your account, contact us right away through the support ticket system.
